Michael is a highly respected Investment Manager, having founded Elderstreet Investments VCT, successfully exiting to Molten Ventures. Among other notable roles, he led the FTSE100 IPO of Sage Group PLC ($14bn) as Chairman.

Jonathan, Chairman of Warburtons, has guided the bakery to impressive success. Under his leadership, the company has achieved annual revenues over £500 million worldwide, solidifying its market-leading status.

David, a serial founder, has led two companies to successful exits to FTSE100 conglomerates, earning him the distinction of being one of the youngest Executive Committee members in FTSE30 history.

Paul, CEO of Orlebar Brown, led the company’s growth and oversaw its acquisition by the luxury group, Chanel. He has also held senior leadership roles at Radley+Co and Reebok.

Richard is a renowned growth and marketing expert. Before founding The Growth Foundation, he was CEO of THG Ingenuity and CMO of Gymshark, scaling both businesses to £1bn+ valuations.

Ryan, a qualified lawyer with focusing on M&A, Private Equity, and corporate law, previously served as in-house counsel for BlackRock and held positions at Macquarie and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.
